One client, one VPS
- Dedicated VPS per client — no shared Odoo instance, no shared database, no shared PostgreSQL user
- Total isolation — an incident or breach on one instance can never affect another
- Resources (vCPU/RAM/disk) reserved exclusively for that client
Controlled access, isolated backups
- Access to the VPS strictly limited to the ORMdoo team, via SSH key, logged
- Automated backups (PostgreSQL + filestore) stored off the VPS, on separate Swiss servers
- Retention: 7 daily · 4 weekly · 3 monthly
